Brasero, one of the country's top 10 best new restaurants in the country published by The Robb Report, is looking to hire an Assistant General Manager to join our team!

The second restaurant from John Manion and Hey Che Hospitality focuse on live fire cooking with South American insperation seen through the food and beverage program. While South America is the inspiration, Brasero carries a thread of Midwestern sensability, making it a comfortable yet exciting experience for any guest who joins us.

We are proud of our food and beverage program, and our team holds hospitality in the highest regards. We ask that our managment team does the same, offering a keen eye to find ways to create a memorable and exciting experience for every guest who comes into Brasero.

The Assistant General Manager is a full time, salaried position that includes a bonus structure and paid time off. Hey Che Hospitlaity offers an insurance program with elegibility after 90 days of employment.
