JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the head coach, this position's primary responsibility is to aid the head coach in day to day operations of the soccer program.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
Provide on field instruction for practice and games
Assist in creation of practice plans
Assist in execution of game strategies
Prepare and Analyze game film breakdown
Identify highly qualified prospective student athletes
Scout opponents and provide reports to team
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous Coaching Experience (1-2 years preferred)
Collegiate playing experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT & CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS 9 Month Position
12-18 hours/week
May be required to lift up to 50 pounds
Position requires work on weekends and/or nights
Travel with the team during season is expected
