Position Overview: Courtesy Nissan is seeking a Detail Department Manager to join our team. You be an integral part of our team; you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our detail department. Your role will supervise detailers responsible for performing interior and exterior detailing tasks, such as washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing vehicles. You will also coordinate with sales and service to ensure on-time deliveries. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following below, as well as other responsibilities as needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage the workflow of the detailing team.
• Motivate and grow the team to enhance performance and service quality.
• Ensure high standards of vehicle detailing, including claying and buffing.
• Celebrate team milestones and foster a positive work culture.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality control before delivery.
• Uphold the dealership's commitment to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized detail shop area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in team management and leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new detailing techniques and products.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
