About Our Client

We are a service-based company operating across the US and Mexico, focus on delivering high-quality support to clients. As our company grows, we are hiring a bilingual Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead all aspects of technology across the organization. This role will guide how we use systems, software, and data securely and effectively. The CIO will work closely with leadership to make sure our technology helps the business run smoothly, support our teams, and protects client information.

What You’ll Do

  • Systems Management: Oversee systems such as CRM, ERP and internal communication tools. Manage cloud platforms, integrations and updates. Ensure systems are reliable, secure and easy to use.
  • Strategic Planning & Innovation: Set technology goals that support the company’s priorities. Recommend new technology improvements that help the company work effectively and better serve clients. Plan and manage IT budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance: protect Company and client data from cyber threats. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Team collaboration: Lead and support the IT team. Work with other departments to understand their needs and improve their tools and systems. Provide training and support for technology rollouts and changes.

Is This You?

  • 15+ years of experience in IT roles
  • At least 5 years at a Director level position
  • At least 2 years in a VP-level or executive role
  • Experience in service-based companies is preferred
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Proven experience transforming technology operations in a service-based organization
  • Skilled in cloud systems, cybersecurity, compliance and IT infrastructure
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within US and Mexico
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.; remote role with travel required
