**Our client, a leading company in the job search industry, is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Data Analyst to join their team. As a Lifecycle Marketing Data Analyst, you will be part of the Jobseeker Lifecycle Marketing department supporting the Jobseeker Lifecycle Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong data-driven mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work proactively and independently in a remote environment, which will align successfully in the organization.**
**Job Title:** Lifecycle Marketing Data Analyst
**Location:** US Remote
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage audience and data requests for marketing campaigns and optimize audience libraries.
+ Modify audience parameters to increase size, target new markets, and maintain data accuracy.
+ Build and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into campaign performance.
+ Analyze campaign data to develop actionable insights that improve performance.
+ Collaborate with Data teams to troubleshoot, build, or validate reports.
**What's Needed?**
+ 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign data analysis and audience segmentation.
+ Expertise in SQL and Python for data querying and analysis.
+ Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and statistical analysis.
+ Experience working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams via Slack or Teams.
+ Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Zeta, or Marketo.
