Description
This role is responsible for recording, tracking, and maintaining program-related data in a technical capacity. Key responsibilities include processing invoices, data entry, tracking financial information, running database queries, and utilizing advanced Excel functions. The position also involves frequent communication with vendors and program participants and ensures high-quality service delivery across programs.

The position operates in a fast-paced office setting that includes frequent interruptions, tasks requiring adaptability, and interaction with diverse teams and individuals.
Core Responsibilities:
+ Accurately process program vendor invoices, student reimbursements, and payments for lost time with efficiency.
+ Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for payment processing across all programs.
+ Develop spreadsheets to facilitate uploads into the Financial Edge accounting system.
+ Query databases to verify that payments are made on behalf of eligible program members.
+ Prepare standard program reports for leadership, monthly employer reports, and ad hoc data reports for Finance and Digital Strategy teams.
+ Create, maintain, and reconcile payment records for integration into database systems.
+ Provide support for various ad hoc projects and program needs as required.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
+ Associate's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent education preferred.
+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or program administration settings.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
+ Strong analytical abilities, adaptability, and interpersonal skills for dynamic work environments.
+ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
+ Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions (e.g., V-lookup, pivot tables, data analytics).
+ Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Word.
+ Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, Salesforce, and Concur required; familiarity with proprietary database systems like Salesforce or Blackbaud Education Edge strongly preferred.
+ Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-and problem-solving capabilities.
+ Flexibility with assignments and schedules.
+ Critical thinking skills, sound judgment, and professionalism in interactions.
+ Preferred experience in union or non-profit organizations.
