Position: Data Entry Clerk Description: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data management processes. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining database information, which is vital for our organization's operations Responsibilities:

• Input and update data into various databases and systems accurately and efficiently.
• Review and verify data for accuracy, ensuring any discrepancies are resolved promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing data.
• Organize and maintain electronic files and records for easy access and retrieval.
• Communicate with team members and other departments to gather necessary information for data entry.
• Generate and produce reports as required to track data discrepancies and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
• Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
