This Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence Developer 3 role, also known as a Data Integration Specialist, focuses on integrating data between various systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHR). Responsibilities include developing, enhancing, and maintaining applications, ensuring compliance with project management standards, adhering to best practices for database and data warehouse development, creating and modifying SSRS reports, and supporting business requirements related to data warehouse information. The position requires significant experience in SQL, SSIS, and SSRS, along with strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring data integration between EHR systems and external agencies/companies.
- Developing, enhancing, and maintaining applications to deliver services meeting user and established standards.
- Complying with best practices for database, data warehouse, integrations, and reporting services.
- Producing quality deliverables.
- Developing detailed knowledge of business processes for supported units.
- Providing support to business requirements in the application and consumption of data warehouse information.
- Reviewing, analyzing, modifying, and creating SSRS reports.
- Working with the business to support data maintenance.
- Troubleshooting SQL scripts and data.

- Complex SQL Queries & Data Analytics (5 years experience)
- SQL Scripts/Queries troubleshooting (5 years experience)
- Data Troubleshooting (4 years experience)
- SSIS Skills (4 years experience)
- SSRS skills and/or PowerBI (3 years experience)
- Working with Stakeholders (3 years experience)
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Data Modeling (2 years experience)
- Date Source Control (GIT, TFS, etc) (1 year experience)
- Agile/Kanban (1 year experience)
- Powershell or other script languages (1 year experience)
Special Considerations:
- Hybrid work model: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote (excluding Mondays and Fridays).
