MW Partners is currently seeking a Digital Media Marketing Manager to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creative software products.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Lead the planning and execution of paid media initiatives, leveraging vendor and stakeholder partnerships to refine strategy and enhance efficiency.
• Leverage a variety of channels and audience segments to effectively reach and engage key targets, driving web engagement.
• Drive reporting, optimization, and analysis of channel performance to identify benchmarks, trends, blockers, and key levers that will inform new strategies to improve performance.
• Maintain clear, consistent, and regular communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment in strategy, execution, objectives, and performance metrics

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Management is preferred, or equivalent experience in digital marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of paid media with a keen interest in leveraging analytics to explore and adopt new strategic directions.
• Highly organized with a proven ability to design, prioritize, track, and optimize multiple campaigns customized for distinct audience people.
• In-depth understanding of ABM display and paid social channels and platforms. Experience in Account-based marketing and lead generation (Content Syndication) is a plus.
• Applies a highly analytical mindset to campaign implementation, testing, and performance analysis with acute attention to detail.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, troubleshoot challenges, and take full ownership of projects and workflows.
• A reliable and collaborative contributor who works with integrity, shares knowledge openly, and enhances team success through collective effort.
