Job Description

Cavaña is a Latin American cocktail bar perched on the rooftop of Mission Bay’s LUMA Hotel in San Francisco, owned and operated by hospitality industry pros   John Park   of Brick x Brick Hospitality Group and   Anthony Parks   of True Hospitality Group, LLC. Cavaña will celebrate the spirit of Central and South America with an expansive collection of sugarcane and agave distillates to enjoy while taking in unmatched views of San Francisco’s skyline and the surrounding Bay, in SF’s most buzzed-about neighborhood: Mission Bay.

Floor Manager Job Description :

To manage daily company operations to ensure a positive, safe, and profitable working environment and to direct, control, and organize all staff. You must be a problem ­solver with a strong work ethic and exceptional leadership skills. The Floor Manager at Cavaña understands that customer satisfaction always takes top priority and that a pleasant, efficient restaurant and bar operation, with an appropriately trained and motivated staff, makes that possible. Knowing that your energy, attitude, and overall enthusiasm as a leader will set the standard for the rest of the staff, you must be consistently positive, energetic, focused, and confident at all times. The floor manager job will also require help in any area of the restaurant, as circumstances dictate. You will always act in the best interest of the company, its staff, associates, guests, community, and ownership.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Train and develop staff members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee morale.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Smarttab POS system.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
