Equinavia - Immediate Fulfillment Lead Needed – Full Time

Join Equinavia, a company that strives to equip and inspire every equestrian for

excellence. Working as a Fulfillment Team Lead, you will help promote a high morale,

clean, safe work environment overseeing the accurate picking, packing and shipping of

our customer orders. You will work together with the other Leads and Operations

Manager in daily tasks, shipments, and processes.

Responsibilities:

 Lead the daily operational PPS (Pick,Pack,Ship) team.

 Delegate, organize and oversee the resources for picking and packing orders.

 Update and review order related data; to communicate with multiple departments

in daily tasks.

 Oversee shipping operations such as daily outbound shipments, solving

operational challenges, shipping errors, and special handling shipments.

 Oversee daily staff assignments and accurate employee time records.

 Maintain a clean, lean, and safe work environment.

 Monthly stock count of all warehouse supplies and items involved with the

shipping and receiving process (MRO Inventory stock count).

 Maintain and enhance overall employee relations and morale through job

satisfaction, effective communication, respect for employees and clear

expectations of the jobs at hand.

 Leading by example, adhering to company policies and procedures, and

encouraging the same from the team.

Requirements:

 Must be at least 18 years of age

 High School diploma or equivalent

 3 years’ supervisory experience in a warehouse setting

 Microsoft Office Experience Preferred. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)

 Experience working Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, and Chat recommended.

 Able to read, analyze, and interpret product descriptions, product data

worksheets, customer orders, order forms, invoices, pricing and discount

schedules, shipping matrices, and general business documents,

 Ability to read and write in English to respond to questions from managers,

clients, customers, vendors, and the public.

 Work is primarily performed in a warehouse environment. This individual will be

exposed to noise, smells, heat, dust, etc. This job is a physically moving

position, with regular walking, some climbing, and lifting weights up to 65 pounds,

is possible.

 Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday with occasional

opportunities for overtime.

 Attention to detail and good time management skills

 Ability to work without constant supervision and creatively problem-solve,

individually or as part of a group

 Ability to climb stairs and ladders at a safe but rapid pace

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
