Responsibilities

• Manage and convert warm buyer inquiries through phone and text
• Educate and support clients through the entire buying process
• Show homes, negotiate offers, and assist in getting deals to the finish line
• Use our tools and systems to stay organized and follow up effectively
• Grow with ongoing mentorship and expert guidance

Qualifications

• A licensed Realtor (or actively working on it)
• Passionate about client service and building relationships
• Confident on the phone and in person
• Coachable, proactive, and hungry to succeed
• Able to manage multiple clients without dropping the ball
