Your Role: Industrial Manufacturing Mechanic

Join our lively ARO team at the North American Customer Solutions Center. This is a role that's not just about doing a job — it’s about being part of a passionate team who are committed to quality and innovation in delivering high-value, low-volume systems.

Your Daily Inspirations

• Create and refine parts using technical drawings, CAD models, and instructional guidance.
• Masterfully operate and control various advanced machining equipment like CNC machines.
• Use precision measuring tools to evaluate your work, ensuring it meets rigorous specifications.
• Craft components through a variety of welding and fabrication techniques.
• IDentify and solve problems during inspection protocols to ensure adherence to product specifications.
• Update and maintain production records, fostering a spirit of compliance and excellence.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities by collaborating with your team.

What We Expect

We require applicants to be proficient in a variety of skills ranging from blueprint reading to CNC programming. You'll need a high school diploma or GED, plus 3+ years' experience in a related field. An associate's degree or certification is a bonus.
