Job Description

Leads and directs the production team, providing guidance, training, assessment and support to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, implements cost-effective solutions, and streamline production processes to increase efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promote a safe work environment and implement safety measures.
