What You'll Do:
● Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based methods
● Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to diverse needs
● Supervise and mentor clinicians as a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor (BACS)
● Coordinate holistic care with community providers and internal teams
● Support clients in crisis and advocate for their access to services
● Participate in program development, clinical meetings, and ongoing training
What We're Looking For:
● Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program
● Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Louisiana
● Board Approved Clinical Supervisor (BACS) certification
● Demonstrated experience in therapeutic interventions and case management
● Strong understanding of ethical standards and culturally competent care
● Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Preferred:
● 3+ years of experience in a behavioral health clinic
● Proven leadership in mental health settings
● Familiarity with diverse populations and complex cases
