Full-Time Nanny (30–40 hrs/week) We are seeking an experienced and dependable full-time nanny to join our network of professional caregivers. This position offers 30–40 hours per week, with schedules varying by family. Candidates must have experience caring for children of all ages, including infants as young as 2–3 months. Requirements: • 3+ years of professional childcare experience • Comfortable caring for children from infancy through early childhood • Valid CPR certification (or willing to obtain prior to start date) • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Minimum of 3 professional references (no family or friends) If you are warm, responsible, and passionate about working with children, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Responsibilities Include: • Providing attentive, age-appropriate care for children ranging from 2–3 months and up • Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment • Planning and participating in activities that support early development, including tummy time, reading, play-based learning, and outdoor time • Preparing bottles, meals, and snacks for children according to family preferences and dietary needs • Diapering, potty training, and managing nap schedules as needed • Light housekeeping related to the children (tidying play areas, children’s laundry, cleaning bottles/dishes) • Communicating effectively and professionally with parents about daily activities, milestones, and any concerns • Driving to and from activities, appointments, or outings when necessary Qualifications: Required: • Minimum 3 years of professional childcare experience (nanny, daycare, preschool, etc.) • Experience caring for children from infancy (2–3 months old) through early childhood • Valid CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date) • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for commuting • Ability to pass a background check and reference screening • Minimum of 3 non-family references related to childcare • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow family guidelines and routines Preferred: • Early childhood education coursework or degree • Familiarity with child development milestones and age-appropriate activities • Experience with multiple children or twins • Flexible schedule and availability for occasional evenings or weekends • Ability to travel with family (optional, depending on job) • Comfortable with light housekeeping and meal prep for children • Pet-friendly (if applicable to the family) • Bilingual or multilingual (if relevant to family preferences) About Company: Twinkle Toes is a full-service nanny agency dedicated to helping families and nannies find the perfect match.
