The Ideal Candidate:

**Passionate Qualification: A passionate individual with a Cache L3 qualification or higher (or a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field, with a Master's degree being advantageous).
**Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Nursery Teacher or in a similar role.

**Child Development Expertise: A solid understanding of child development theories and best practices.

**Excellent Communicator: Effective communication skills to connect with both children and parents.
