Judit Inc. is hiring a smart, driven, Excel-obsessed analyst to join our corporate team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent college graduate with a business, finance, or data-related degree who wants to build real-world skills across finance, operations, and reporting. You’ll play a critical role in helping our fast-growing staffing firm stay organized, efficient, and on target.

We don’t need someone who just dabbles in Excel—we need someone who lives in spreadsheets, builds formulas in their sleep, and enjoys making messy data make sense.

What You’ll Do:

• Own weekly and monthly reporting tied to payroll, commissions, and financial performance
• Maintain and enhance Excel trackers, dashboards, and templates used by senior leadership
• Assist with client invoicing and accounts receivable follow-up
• Prepare internal P&L snapshots, budget-to-actuals, and operations summaries
• Track and follow up on deadlines across multiple departments and clients
• Support special projects involving data cleanup, audit prep, compliance, or reporting
• Perform light administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent college graduate with a degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
• Expert-level Excel skills — pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs, conditional logic, and charts should be second nature
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working in spreadsheets and solving problems with data
• Fast learner who can manage their own priorities without constant direction
• Reliable, organized, and not afraid to chase down missing info or tighten up a process
• Professional communicator, comfortable working across teams and reporting to leadership
• Based in or near Carle Place, NY; able to be in office Mon–Thurs (Fridays are remote)
