Our work depends on Project/Task Manager joining our team to lead the strategic coordination, scheduling, and operational oversight of over 450 specialized role players (SRPs) supporting the Hamilton Program.
In this functional position, you are not just managing a schedule-you're helping orchestrate a complex and vital component of national readiness training. Your leadership and program contributions will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operational execution and high standards across a dynamic and evolving training landscape.
HOW A PROJECT/TASK MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Serve as the central point of contact for resource planning and scheduling execution for a large cadre of independent contractors (1099s).
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, PMO leads, and internal functional teams to align workforce capabilities with mission-critical training requirements.
Communicate schedule updates, changes, and requirements proactively to all stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with program and contractual scheduling guidelines, including documentation and audit readiness. Responsible for PMO duty phone and ensuring
Continuously analyze workload trends and implement process improvements that enhance workforce scalability, responsiveness, and contractual compliance.
Provide continuous process improvement recommendations to enhance scheduling efficiency and scalability.
Ensure scheduling integrity, readiness, and performance tracking that directly supports operational success and mission realism.
Maintain and manage the PMO duty phone to support after-hour and weekend scheduling requirements.
Leverage tools such as TrackVia for real-time data management and operational visibility, and use the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) to track assignments, communicate updates, and generate reports.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or relevant RP experience
Required Experience: 5+ years of related program experience
Required Technical Skills: Knowledgeable of TrackVia and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
Security Clearance Level: Secret with the ability to obtain TS/SCI Poly in 12 months
Selected candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and capable of working within a team environment

The likely salary range for this position is $105,622 - $141,450. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
