Powers Roofing is seeking a Residential Roof & Gutter Repair/Installation Technician to join our growing team and help achieve our goal of becoming the most trusted Residential Roofing Company in Northeast Ohio.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform small-scale roof repairs (shingles, flashing, pipe boots, etc.).
• Diagnose and repair roof leaks and ventilation issues.
• Install and repair aluminum gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards.
• Conduct initial inspections for small repairs and sell minor work on the spot when possible.
• Complete warranty and punch-list work, including documentation and photos.
• Maintain a clean job site and ensure proper debris disposal.
• Accurately complete work orders, material checklists, and warranty callback forms.
• Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and team members.
• Update calendar regularly with job status and availability.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times.
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of roofing and/or gutter installation/repair experience preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve roofing and gutter issues efficiently.
• Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic understanding of tools and construction safety.
