Element North Charleston Hotel  is seeking a fun, detail oriented, dedicated individual to join our team as a Shuttle Driver.

This role is responsible for  ensuring the seamless and safe transportation of our guests while upholding the highest service standards. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Safely transport guests to and from designated locations such as airports, local attractions, and nearby businesses using the hotel’s shuttle vehicle.
• Provide a warm and courteous welcome to all passengers, assisting with luggage and answering questions about the hotel and local area.
• Maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle inside and out, ensuring the shuttle is presentable, fueled, and operating smoothly at all times.
• Monitor shuttle schedules and communicate effectively with the front desk and guest services team to coordinate timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Report any vehicle issues promptly and perform basic checks to ensure operational safety (e.g., fuel, oil, tire pressure).
• Deliver exceptional hospitality , going above and beyond to ensure each guest feels valued, comfortable, and cared for during their ride.
• Support hotel operations by assisting with additional guest service tasks when needed, including luggage delivery and providing directions or local recommendations.

SKILLS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in a Housekeeping and Shuttle Driver role in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
• Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.
• Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.
• Prior experience as a driver, especially with passenger-carrying responsibilities, is advantageous and preferred. 
• Valid driver’s license required.
