User Experience (UX) Designer in Spokane, Washington with Telecommute Option
Duties: Under the supervision of a Senior Product Manager, improve the usability, ease of use, and pleasure customers derive from using ENGIE Impact’s software products. Leverage research captured from a user-centered design process to create wireframe representations of how applications will appear on screens and software design prototypes that provide business value and an optimal experience for ENGIE Impact’s customers. Collaborate with the product management team and provide the software engineering team with the resources they need to turn software prototypes into fully functioning products. This position is located at ENGIE Impact’s Spokane, Washington headquarters, with the option to telecommute from anywhere in the United States. Domestic travel may be required up to 5 days per year.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or the foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a closely related field and 2 years of experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, Software Engineer, Technology Associate, or in a similar occupation closely related to UX/UI design. Applicants must be U.S. workers (includes U.S. citizens, permanent residents, foreign nationals granted temporary residence under one of the 1986 legalization programs, refugees, and asylees). Salary range: $138,200-$146,000 per year for 40+ hours of work. This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
