JOB DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY FUNCTION

Support construction efforts by acquiring and distributing tools, materials, and equipment to job sites. Organize and maintain warehouse, facilities, and yard. Ensure all tools and equipment are in safe working order. Management of fleet and ODOT compliance.

TYPICAL DUTIES

• Tool Inventory Management/ Check-out, tracking, check-in repair, organization, mobilization, purchasing, demobilization, inventory tracking, stop-loss.
• Fleet / Manage and implement effective maintenance, repair, licensing programs, equipment safety, and efficient allocation of equipment on company projects.
• Facilities management / Tenant improvements, routine maintenance, (filters, bulbs, paint touch-ups) IT infrastructure, access control (gates, warehouse)
• Grounds management / landscaping, parking lot, equipment yard, gates, exterior entrances, roof, appurtenances.
• Maintain all corporate tool and equipment files including inventory, repair and maintenance, tracking sheets, vehicle assignment sheets, etc.
• Warehouse management / keep warehouse organized, clean, and secure. Prepares for special usages, (company parties, all staff meetings, safety trainings)
• Shop fabrications / Proficient in wood and metal fabrications
• General Duties / Must be skilled and dependable driver (handle a truck and heavy trailer)
• Safety / Perform duties of a safety trainer and maintains our safety equipment.
• Purchasing / PPE, new tools, sundries, accessories, components.
• Key Master / retains custody of key safe master key maintains key inventory and tracks key assignments.
• Supports field operations as directed

• Runs tool program like a “rental company”

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
