What You’ll Do:

• Source & Attract Top Talent – Use job boards, social media, and networking to find great candidates.
• Manage the Hiring Process – Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring efforts.
• Build Strong Relationships – Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Enhance Employer Branding – Promote HoneyCar as an employer of choice.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience (automotive preferred but not required)
• Strong ability to identify and engage quality candidates
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools
• A results-driven, people-first mindset
