The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience and be ready to contribute to our continued success by generating leads, closing sales, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and create lasting partnerships.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients regarding our products/services.
Meet and exceed individual sales quotas and team targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify strategic initiatives to boost sales.
Document sales activities and client interactions in system
Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience in a sales role, preferably in sales, life and health insurance and customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to persuade and negotiate.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of successful sales experience.
Proficient in using Zoom and Google Suite
