Job Description

Are you a proactive leader with a passion for organization and restoration? Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee our dynamic operations. This role involves managing equipment, coordinating cabinet orders, optimizing warehouse space, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently, and overseeing vehicle maintenance and tracking using fleet management systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Management: Supervise the handling, maintenance, and organization of restoration equipment. Conduct regular checks to ensure equipment is efficient and safe for use.
  • Cabinet Orders and Deliveries: Coordinate with clients and suppliers to process cabinet orders. Manage the delivery schedule and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Warehouse Organization: Take charge of organizing the warehouse space, including building materials, cabinets, and tools. Optimize layout for efficient workflow and easy access.
  • Daily Task Management: Create and assign daily tasks for warehouse staff. Monitor progress to ensure all restoration activities are completed on time and to high standards.
  • Inventory Control: Manage consumable orders, stock inventory, and maintain organized storage. Keep accurate records of stock levels and oversee replenishment as needed.
  • Vehicle Maintenance and Tracking: Utilize fleet management systems (such as Fleetmatics) to track vehicles, schedule maintenance, and ensure proper upkeep, including oil changes and routine servicing.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally within the restoration or construction industry.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain processes.
